ive neen waking up at 4 so i decided to go on a jogg when i wake up instead of turning in bed for 3 hours.

I am excited to try this. I have been longing to be a "morning person" forever without success, but it is the 1st video that I see that says something else than "Put your alarm clock at the other end of the room" or "don't snoose". Can't wait to try your stuff !

Where's my ten mill? I get up at 4:30 every morning for the last year to go to school, and I am still sooo not a morning person. I don't feel alive until about ten till noon. I start feeling motivated to go for a walk or clean the house around midnight on the weekends.
I don't understand the visualization. Which part is the visual and which is real? So I should visualize that I wake up energetic, but then he says I should turn around and see the clock. Do I turn around in my visualization or in real life?

There is a difference between morning and night, its just which one you work better with. However if your a night owl you should not say that mournings are impossible, its rather you do better at night.
